Mescaline
Phenethylamine psychedelic (3,4,5-trimethoxyphenethylamine) found in peyote and San Pedro cacti. 5-HT2A/2C agonist with effects lasting 8-12 hours despite a plasma half-life of ~3.5 hours. Previously reported 6h half-life was an overestimate based on radiolabeled total radioactivity. Metabolized primarily to 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenylacetic acid with ~53% oral bioavailability.
Projected serum levels — 200 mg, as needed (shown daily)
Maintenance schedule: 200 mg as needed (shown daily) (oral).
Modeled steady state after ~1 days: peak ≈ 65.1 mg, trough ≈ 0.59 mg body load. Population-based estimate over 15 days for a 200 mg dose at a 70 kg reference body mass — the interactive app scales curves to your doses, timing, and body mass.
