Rifampin
Potent broad-spectrum antibiotic used primarily for tuberculosis (in combination) and latent TB. Also used for staphylococcal infections, leprosy, and prophylaxis of meningococcal disease. Rifampin is the prototypical broad-spectrum CYP enzyme and transporter inducer via PXR activation.
