Ipamorelin
Highly selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) pentapeptide that mimics ghrelin at the GHS receptor. Terminal half-life ~2 hours with clearance of 0.078 L/h/kg. Unlike GHRP-6, does not significantly affect cortisol, prolactin, or appetite. Produces a clean GH pulse peaking at ~40 min. Typically dosed 200-300 mcg SC 2-3x/day.
