CJC-1295 with Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) - a maleimidopropionic acid linker that covalently bonds to serum albumin after injection. This extends the half-life to ~6-8 days (vs 30 min without DAC), producing continuous GH elevation rather than pulsatile release. Dosed 1-2 mg SC once or twice weekly. Creates a sustained, non-physiological GH elevation pattern.
