Kisspeptin-54 stimulates the hypothalamic-pituitary gonadal axis in human males
Double-blind crossover study in six men found that a 90-minute KP-54 infusion acutely increased LH, FSH, and testosterone. The measured KP-54 half-life was about 28 minutes; those data do not apply to KP-10.
