Dipeptide Supplement

Carnosine is the beta-alanyl-L-histidine dipeptide concentrated in skeletal muscle and other tissues. It is distinct from beta-alanine and from zinc-L-carnosine products. Human supplementation evidence is limited and should not be inferred from studies of either of those different identities.
